Your bones know everything about you.

Radiation-free bone intelligence · Beyond your DEXA number

You know your number. Do you know your bone quality?

A DEXA gives you a density number. A radiation-free hallé reading adds another dimension — a Fragility Score — that looks beyond density alone, so you can take an active role alongside your doctor and your treatment. Because "come back in two years" isn't a plan — this is.

Beyond the number

Your density number is part of the story — not all of it.

If you've had a DEXA, you were given a number for bone density. That number matters. But bone strength is also about quality and fragility — and density alone doesn't show the whole picture.

Two things a density number can miss: about half of fragility fractures happen in women whose density isn't even in the osteoporosis range; and in older adults, common conditions like spinal arthritis or arterial calcification can make a DEXA read higher than your true bone strength. The good news: there's a way to see more, radiation-free, and take an active role — always alongside your doctor and your treatment, never instead of it.

What a hallé reading adds

A fuller picture, alongside your doctor — it may not be too late to take an active role.

  • Your DEXA density number, in context
  • A Fragility Score — bone quality beyond density
  • Radiation-free — monitor more than once every two years
  • An active role, alongside your doctor and your treatment

Density and quality

REMS adds a dimension your DEXA doesn't.

DEXA measures density. A hallé REMS reading is radiation-free and adds a Fragility Score — a view of bone quality and fragility beyond density alone. Same-day results, in about 20 minutes, fully clothed.

Because there's no radiation, you can monitor more often than once every two years and see whether things are moving in the right direction. The Fragility Score complements your DEXA and your doctor's FRAX risk estimate — it adds a view of bone quality, it never replaces them. Your plan works alongside your physician and any treatment, never instead of it.

Quick answers — before you decide

Is it too late for me to do anything?
It may not be. Bone strength can be supported at many ages with the right plan, alongside your doctor — and because a hallé reading is radiation-free, you can check again and see how things are moving.
I already had a DEXA — why this?
A DEXA gives you a density number. A hallé reading adds a Fragility Score that looks beyond density alone — a fuller picture to share with your doctor and your treatment.
Can I use my HSA/FSA?
In most cases, yes — your assessment is typically HSA/FSA eligible. Eligibility may vary; check with your plan administrator.

"I was previously diagnosed with osteoporosis (with the less accurate DEXA scan) and wanted to get a baseline before taking OP medication… I got the results right after the scan which showed osteopenia, not OP!"

Good questions

Before you book.

What exactly is a REMS bone assessment?
REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry) is an FDA-cleared, radiation-free ultrasound-based technology that assesses bone strength at the spine and hip. Your visit takes about 20 minutes, you stay fully clothed, and you get your results — including a T-score and Fragility Score — the same day, explained in plain language.
How do I get the savings?
Fill in the short form on this page — first name, last name, email, and phone — and we'll instantly unlock both offer codes and email them to you. One reading is $325 → $250 (Save $75). Two readings, six months apart, are $650 → $450 (Save $200). Both valid through July 4.
Should I choose one reading or two?
One reading gives you a clear baseline today. Two readings, six months apart, let you see your trajectory — your baseline now and a re-check that shows whether things are moving in the right direction, with your plan refreshed at the re-check. How often to re-check is a personal wellness choice; talk with your provider about what's right for you.
Will this replace my DEXA or my medication?
No. A hallé reading is complementary — it adds a Fragility Score (bone quality beyond density) and is radiation-free, so you can monitor more often. It works alongside your DEXA, your physician, and any treatment you're on, never instead of them. Always follow your doctor's guidance.
Is it really radiation-free, and can I repeat it?
Yes. Unlike X-ray-based scans, REMS uses no ionizing radiation. That's also what makes it possible to re-measure as often as it makes sense, so your baseline becomes a trend you can actually watch over the years, not a one-time snapshot.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. hallé provides bone health assessments for informational and preventive screening purposes. Results are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your physician about your health, and bring your results to them.
What is the “personalized plan”?
A lifestyle plan to support your bone strength — nutrition, strength training, vitamin D and movement — tailored to you. It's designed to work alongside your physician's care, never to replace medical treatment or prescribed medication.
Can I use HSA/FSA?
In most cases, yes — your assessment is typically HSA/FSA eligible. Eligibility may vary, so check with your plan administrator.

Taking an active role

Picture this at your next check-in.

You're not relying on a single number anymore. You've seen your bone quality, you have a plan you're following with your doctor, and because it's radiation-free you can check again and see how things are moving.

An active role in your own strength — alongside the care you already trust.

You'll have taken an active role — and seen for yourself that "too late" was never the whole story.
